At Saturday’s Forest Service public meeting on the proposed Rosemont project, a question was asked about Augusta Resource’s and Rosemont Copper’s mining track record. As you can see, the Forest Service representative clearly did not know that Augusta/Rosemont, according their own representations in financial filings, has never mined an ounce of copper nor received a penny of revenue from mining.
